Despite our continuous focus on quality, a defect could always occur. We offer a full 12 months guarantee on your Mascule® bracelet. If you experience a defect within this period: contact us and we will provide you with a satisfactory solution.

We offer a 2 year warranty on all models in the Shamballa by Mascule® collection.

A solution could be that we provide you with a brand new Mascule® but could also mean that we credit you with the purchase amount. (customer choice).

Excluded from warranty:

  • Damage, defects or defects caused by external influences, damage (intentional or unintentional)
  • Irregularities caused by improper or inappropriate use or by use for purposes for which the product is not intended.
  • Adjustments, modifications and / or repairs carried out by yourself.
  • Loss of return shipments.
