As soon as your Mascule is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the Tracking Number.
Delivery time within the European Union: 1 to 7 days
Delivery time outside the European Union: 3 to 15 days
For delivery outside Europe: please take note that VAT & Duty can apply, this depends on your local Customs regulations and is outside our control. If you’re not sure about local regulations: check out your countries Customs Website
Yes you can follow your Mascule at any time. As soon as your order is shipped out you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number together with a link. Through that you can always check where your shipment is in realtime*

You can pay for your Mascule using iDeal, Belfius, Sofort banking, Paypal or Credit Card. Payments are being executed secured and in addition you enjoy the extensive buyer protection that several of our Payment methods are known for.
We offer 5 different sizes to ensure maximum wearing comfort. Apart from the standard sizes we offer a Custom Size.

We are confident that Mascule will exceed your wildest expectations. In fact we are so confident that we offer a 30 days return period. If you feel that we didn’t Walk the Talk and we didn’t deliver what you expected: just return* the item to us and get a full refund.

We create a Premium Product. However, some parts in our products can be sensitive for wear. We provide 6 months of guarantee on our products. If your Mascule gives up on you within this period we are happy to receive your Bracelet back to our Studio for repair.*
